ICPR Physical Therapy Stall at KATI Annual Dinner & Industries Expo 2025
Indus College of Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation (ICPR) actively participated in the KATI Annual Dinner & Industries Expo 2025 by setting up an interactive Physical Therapy Stall at the PAF Museum Convention Hall. The stall featured a Fitness Testing Camp where participants were assessed for key fitness components, including cardiovascular endurance, reaction time, balance, coordination, muscular endurance, agility, flexibility, power, and speed.
The initiative was led by ICPR’s dedicated faculty members, Dr. Syeda Aman Iqbal PT, Dr. Sana Subhan PT, Dr. Syed Zaeem Hassan Zaidi PT, and Dr. Bheesham Kumar PT, supported by students Zuha Zia, Aqsa Farhan, Rayyan Khalid, and Ali Shan. Together, they engaged visitors by conducting fitness assessments, demonstrating exercises, and offering practical advice on improving physical health and preventing injuries.
The camp received an overwhelming response, with around 60 individuals undergoing detailed fitness tests while many others visited the stall to learn more about physical therapy and its role in health promotion. The activity successfully highlighted the importance of preventive care, rehabilitation, and lifestyle management.
We were honored by the visit of Dr. Abdul Bari Khan, President Indus Hospital, who appreciated the initiative and acknowledged the team’s efforts in raising awareness about physical therapy in community settings. ICPR looks forward to continuing such community outreach activities to encourage healthy living and accessible rehabilitation care.
