HPE Department, Indus University Conducts CPSP Pre-Conference Workshop on Chatbots and AI Agents at IMECON 2026

The Department of Health Professions Education, Indus University of Health Sciences, successfully conducted a CPSP Pre-Conference Workshop as part of IMECON 2026 titled:
“Smart Talk: Exploring the Power of Chatbots and AI Agents”

The workshop offered valuable insights into the growing role of artificial intelligence in medical and health professions education, with a strong focus on real-world applications of chatbots and AI agents in teaching and learning.

The session was expertly facilitated by Dr. Muhammad Junaid and Dr. Anushe Mohsin, who not only led engaging discussions but also demonstrated a hands-on activity on developing chatbots using Zapier. Participants actively engaged in the step-by-step creation of chatbots, gaining practical experience in designing and deploying AI-powered tools for educational use.
